| 1. People: we are committed to the people 'un-reached'. Un-reached are population that does not have access to financial facilities or services to meet their various need that may be productive or social, which ultimately impacts on their poverty and living standards. Our intended clients are Women and Tribal. |

| 2. Profit: We are a company registered under Indian Companies Act 1956 as not for profit company (sec 25). We do 'business beyond profit' with a credit rating of ß+ by Mcril. While doing business with the poor, our concern is to generate " social wealth ". |

| 3. Planet: We are highly sensitive and not only limiting ourselves to the particulars required under Section 217 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1956 read with the Companies (Disclosure of Particulars in the Report of Board of Directors) Rule 1988 regarding Energy Conservation, Technology Absorption and R & D Efforts, but trying for a positive impact to conserve the planet. |

2. Debt redemption - Our initiative, which aimed at specifically replacing costly debt by cheaper, sources that tapped into the strength of tribal structures for delivery of financial services. Caste, tribes etc are very ancient institutions. They have been around and thriving. They represent great deal of social capital. AJIWIKA is using Santhal tribal councils in addition to SHG/JLG to eliminate costly debt. |

Our Insurance product includes: Tailor made Health Insurance, Rainfall based crop insurance and savings linked life insurance. |

Our remittance product: is focused to the forced migrant client. These are the people have " no livelihood " opportunity at their place of living so forced to migrate to places to find skilled/unskilled labour. It is very tough for them to send the hard earn money to their family at hope. |
